Cancellation Policy

We value your time and our commitment to providing care. Please review our policy regarding appointment changes.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice so we can offer the time to another patient.

A 50% deposit is required to secure all appointments.

Notice Periods

  • Cancellations with more than 24 hours' notice: any deposit paid can be transferred to a new booking.
  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice: a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the consultation fee will apply. This amount may be retained from your deposit or invoiced to you if no deposit has been paid.
  • Failure to attend (no-show): a fee equivalent to 50% of the consultation fee will apply. This amount may be retained from your deposit or invoiced to you if no deposit has been paid.

We understand that life happens. If you are unwell or experiencing an emergency, please contact us promptly and cancellation fees may be waived at our discretion.
