Work With Me

Your first appointment is the investigation phase focused on uncovering the root causes of your health concerns. Together we'll dive into your current concerns and symptoms, medical history, medications, supplements, genetic and lifestyle factors to create a plan to get your health back on track. At the end of the session, you will receive a personalised treatment plan, along with any recommended functional or pathology testing relevant for you.

During your second appointment, you will be presented with a comprehensive treatment plan based on your test results, the latest evidence-based research, your symptoms, and personal health goals. Your treatment plan will outline customised nutritional advice, lifestyle recommendations, and may include a prescription for herbal medicine and/or nutritional supplements.

To help you feel your best as quickly as possible, regular follow-up appointments are recommended. These sessions allow us to review your symptoms, monitor your progress, refine your treatment plan, and update any prescriptions as needed.
