A Naturopath is a degree-qualified health professional who takes a holistic approach to wellbeing. Rather than simply treating symptoms, Naturopaths focus on identifying and addressing the root cause of illness to support long-term health. Treatment may include herbal medicine, personalised nutrition, targeted nutritional supplementation, and lifestyle guidance. Naturopathy also places a strong emphasis on education, empowering you to better understand your body and take an active role in your health and your family's wellbeing.
People seek Naturopathic care for many reasons. Some choose it as their first point of support, while others turn to it after feeling stuck or unheard by other healthcare professionals. With access to leading laboratories and evidence-based testing, we're able to gain a deeper insight into your health and create a personalised care plan to support lasting results.
Yes, we offer video appointments, via Zoom or phone appointments for patients Australia-wide. This allows you to access expert Naturopathic care from the comfort of your own home. After booking your video appointment you will receive a confirmation email that has instructions on how to meet your practitioner online. To prepare for the consultation we recommend downloading the Zoom app onto the device you are planning to use for the appointment.
We utilise world-class functional pathology labs to identify the underlying cause of your health concerns.

Please allow 60 minutes. This provides time to take a comprehensive case history, review your current symptoms and health goals, and begin formulating a treatment plan.
I specialise in gut health (irregular bowels, bloating, reflux, food intolerances, IBS, SIBO and weight loss), nervous system support (stress, anxiety, fatigue, and sleep issues) women's health and hormones (including PCOS, endometriosis, fertility and menopause), skin disorders and thyroid conditions. However, as a Naturopath, I am trained to support a wide range of health concerns.
Naturopathic consultations and services are not currently covered by Medicare.
Naturopaths are expected to become eligible for private health rebates very soon. While this change hasn't come into effect yet, we're very excited for Naturopathic care to become more accessible and affordable, with the potential for you to claim money back on your appointments.
Coverage will vary depending on your private health fund and level of cover, so we recommend checking directly with your provider to see what's included in your policy.

Yes, absolutely. While I have a special interest in women's health, my core focus is gut health, and this is something that affects everyone. I work with both men and women and have successfully helped many patients resolve a range of gut issues, including bloating, reflux, IBS, food sensitivities, and chronic digestive discomfort and more. Everybody is welcome here, and I'm passionate about supporting anyone who wants to improve their health and overall wellbeing.
